Anybody that played year one can testify that there was some stellar content that got left behind at the launch of taken king. Many of my friends that started year 2 have never seen the inside of Vault of Glass or Crota's End. We've seen a rework for prison of elders to get it to current standards, why can't we do the same for lost treasures. I understand the problem that elemental primaries pose, so they may need to remain neutral, but to create a level 42 (or even level 40 and drop gear that caps at say... 320). We can get a large amount of the community to experience amazing content they missed out on, while giving destiny's longest players the pleasure of a nostalgic raid, with viable gear. Please bump if you like the idea, and send me a message if you still enjoy legacy content.

In the past, Bungie always made certain to offer a seamless experience, but this was within a single console family... Now that they have to develop for both Sony and Microsoft, it's entirely possible that 360 and PS3 sales of Destiny may simply be terminated come November.
