Charts from that time period have to back up the complaints. From what I have seen firsthand, 100% of Sunsingers I fought in 3v3 matchtypes used the same build: Firebolts with Touch of Flame and Viking Funeral, often coupled with Scorch shield and Fireborn. As for the post nerf, the dps potential is still there, you just need to be a little more creative about it. My friends' post nerf build that he made for CoE lets him rampage in Crucible pretty easily. His build is entirely dps based.
