LIVE poll results from the UK, as of now, the people have over 700,000 votes to leave the EU over concerns about finances and immigration.
they're waiting on 98 more regional results to come in to add to the tally.
what do you think of this?
update: it's official folks, the UK has voted to leave the EU.
-
In Britain, we have an old saying, 'if you can't fix it, Brexit!'
-
All the old people are so selfish they all voted leave even though the decision won't impact them. 75 percent of young people voted remain. London and Scotland voted remain as well
-
Pretty much sums it up.
-
Only the Brits could come up with a name as horrible as Brexit. It sounds just as bad as Weetabix

Truly the sun has risen on Britain once again. Finally they've thrown off the shackles of the EU and declared themselves free. Once again they have the potential to renew their spot as a superpower without being held back by the EU. With this vote they've taken the first step in making the world a better, less united place.

How come everyone's acting like its the end of the world? Stock markets dislike change, that's how it's always been. The economy will stabilise, and we can rest easy knowing we are only governed by those we elect.

petition Someone made a petition to re do the vote. Doubt it will do much but it has been climbing really fast.
-
The remain side didn't do good enough job making a positive argument tbh

Edited by zombiehaddock: 6/25/2016 6:54:44 PMEveryone that voted Brexit should get the sack first and their children should be registered in such a way that are denied all opportunities in life so that those that made the decision pay the consequences.

As long as it doesn't effect America's guns, bacon, eagles, and big titty porn we don't give a -blam!-
MERICA!!!!
I voted to remain in the EU. I'm disappointed with the outcome, but I'm trying to keep an open mind. No-one really knows what's going to happen in the next couple of years. We can speculate, and certain things (like the effect on the economy) can be forecast, but there is still so much that is unknown and that's what scares me. I'm 23 (24 in a couple of weeks if anyone wants to send me a present). I have a full time job but I'm considering going back to university to do a PhD. I live in England currently, but was considering a PhD over in Northern Ireland as I like the course and have family there. The course takes 3 years, with 3 years working in NI afterwards, and the fees are fully paid for. So many things could change - funding for my course could disappear, if it's EU funded; the value of the £ might depreciate to the point where it's not financially viable to stay in the UK (I can't afford to buy somewhere, and I don't want to spend the rest of my life renting); worst case scenario is NI separates from the UK (unlikely but it could happen). Alternatively it could be the best thing ever to happen to the UK and we might all be super happy and get drunk all the time. Who knows? Tl;dr Uncertainty is scary af.

Sucks to be England.

Sorry being ill informed but what does this mean?

Why is this a post on the Destiny forums?

idk what to think but I don't like that it seems that US conservatards are on the leave side and US liberals are on the stay side. also saying welcome to freedom and other 12 year old stuff is really cringey

Good job Brits. I am proud of all of you who voted leave. You have made a great decision and told the globalist scum to stick it. *cheers*
-
Good on Britain. I'm proud of them.
-
This is basically a big fu to the establishment. Nothing more, nothing less. Our country is at full stretch and is over run at the moment. Normal working class people are fed up of it. Parts of the U.K. resemble Baghdad. At least we can blame our government for it's decisions instead of passing the book and blaming their tied hands on people in Belgium. Happy Independence Day Britain.

As a American I have to say good for you Britain.
-
Dumbest shit ever. They caused a -blam!-ing panic and THEY HAVENT EVEN LEFT YET.
