To be fair, people always called nerf on Shoulder Charge. But it has quit a few counter-options that keep it in check. It's just Snipers who can't stop it once they've come too close, imo. But I would say a legitimate cooldown is warranted, if necessary. I'm more worried about a Lightning Grenade nerf. It's the only consistent grenade Titans have, especially Strikers. Pulse aoe is too small and Flashbangs aren't ideal, most uses leave an enemy Guardian fully capable of seeing your silhouette, which is all it takes to shoot for precision shots. Nerf Lightning and we'll be screwed.
