Well, Luminosty Gaming is currently world champions in Counter-Strike, and they're Brazilian. Their soccer/football team is established to be one of the best(when they're not getting kicked out at the group stages) Beautiful beaches Along with Economic turmoil, poverty, and more stuff I don't know All in all 6/10 for bad stuff
