Should i get Planetside 2 on PS4?

2 RepliesOh sure if you like shooters & the map control aspects. Just know that [b]it is[/b] pay2win. And, unless they changed it in the last 5 months, you get in-game currency pretty slowly so be sure to buy stuff you actually want. [spoiler]Also TR is the best faction[/spoiler]

It's free, so it doesn't hurt to try it. I enjoyed it the first 4 hours I played it, it went straight downhill from there but that was my experience. It may not be yours.

It's free, so you might as well. If you got some buddies, it's fun charging a tower or compound together with 100+ people in the area. Feels pretty intense sometimes

Don't mean to turn it into a "PC gaming master race" comment but if you have a PC that will run it it's far better there. Bigger battles and it looks a lot better. It's fine on PS4 though.

It's F2P so why not try it regardless? I played quite a bit of it last year, but have no idea how the player population is present day.
