Edit 2: bleh... Had 4 pieces of bacon and two eggs scrambled and more chocolate milk, wanna throw up :(
Edit 3: bowl of cinnamon toast crunch, think that milk might have been bad
Edit 4: idk if I'm going to eat today I have a big workout in about 30 minutes

Actually had breakfast today. Roast beef sliced onto a panini bun. ...with coffee and a smoke, of course. ...and a beer. It's my day off.
