"I didn't want to bother you in your sleep, and it was a long night last night."

-
Ling got up and hugged her. "This is great news!" He said excitedly. "You know...that was actually what was bothering me. But now I don't have to worry about that." Ling told her.
-
She smiled brightly, happy of how he took the news. "Oh, Ling..." Tears welled at her eyes, rolling down her cheeks. "You've made me so happy..." She just kept hugging him, sniffling. "I love you so... so much..."
-
"I love you too.." He said. Hugging her even more. Ling shed a tear, his life was once again, amazing. He then kissed her on the lips.
-
She kissed him back for a very long moment, as if they were both frozen in time. Her life couldn't get any better, she thought. Then she remembers. She was going to have children. And she knew it was only about to get better.
-
"This is amazing...but how will we break the news to them? I mean they'll figure it out eventually but still.." He said after their kiss and yet still hugging her.
-
"To Chloanne and Roderick? I'm sure the right time'll come to tell them..." She kept hugging him, holding on to him.
-
"I'm sure about that.." He said, still hugging and leaning his head on her shoulder. "When we can find the right time..I want to marry you, so we can be official." Ling told her.
-
"Marriage..?" The idea hadn't crossed her mind, but now that it did, she got excited. "Really?! I mean... I don't know how marriage rites work with humans but... yes! Absolutely!"
-
"We'll figure it out..." He said to her, smiling. "But for now we can wait on that and focus on the now." Ling hugged her a bit tighter. Not too much to cause pain but for one to be comfortable.
-
They stayed there, holding one another. And now, moving on to the market. Roderick was walking through the busy market, holding Chloanne's hand. A lot of different stands were up, selling all sorts of things.
-
"This place is more alive than I expected." She said, holding Roderick's hand.
-
"People always find means of going back to their lives. I'm glad to see it in action."
-
"Indeed." She said, looking at the stalls around them.
-
Some had fruits and vegetables, some had meat, some had various pastries.
-
It all looked good to her, she wasn't really picky when it came to food. But they came for the healthy groceries.
-
"Pick anything you'd like. Anything. I'll buy it for you." He smiled at her. "A shirt, a necklace, anything."
-
"How about..that?" She said, pointing to a Dark Red dress that was hanging up. It would certainly match her style.
-
"If you want it, you can." He smiles. "I bet you'd look beautiful in that."
-
She smiled. "I'd like it." She said to Roderick.
-
"Then it's yours." He walks up to little stand, and purchases the dress. Seems as if he had a lot of money saved up.
-
She took note, but she didn't want to abuse this fact. It was his earned money anyways. "Thank you Roderick. You're kind and sweet."
-
"Anything for my love." He chuckles. They spent a bit more time in the market, where they bought plenty of food for the four of them.
-
"This was nice Roderick. We should head back now I guess." Chloanne said, clutching his hand.
-
"Let's." In his free hand, he held all the grocery bags, walking with her back to their place.
-
As they made it back to the house and entered, Ling was laying on the couch. probably asleep. "Seems like he's asleep." She slightly whispered.
