Hey guys. Is it true that if u rank up eris morn to rank 5 she gives u a guaranteed antiquated rune? Thank you

I'm rank 14 or 15 and can tell you that you're not guaranteed an antiquated rune in packages. I've had a couple from packages but it's all RNG.
