Why not have a pregame lobby in crucible ensuring the match doesn't start until the roster is full. Have the next map shown so if people don't like it they can leave then instead of when the match starts. Too many times today I was put into a losing match or started a match outnumbered. Sometimes by the time others join the deficit is too much to regain.
