So I recently purchased TTK download from xbox 360, and I decided to get the more expensive one because it offered 3 class exotics, 3 new shaders, and 3 emotes. Anyways, the download was really quick and I thought it was odd. The game was downloaded but I only received 1 exotic, 2 shaders, and 1 emote. I find it especially annoying because I paid about $20 MORE and didn't get everything I paid for. Unfortunately there are only solutions here for Xbone and Ps4 which doesn't help me at all. Does anyone have a solution for an Xbox 360 user?

You should get 1 exotic for each class, which I believe should show up on the respective class, because they're specific to the hunter, warlock, or Titan. I believe the new shaders are also class specific as well. But, it's been a while since I got mine. Can anyone verify this?

Well I only have a hunter, and if I did get exotics for other classes they didn't show up anywhere else, not even the "bank". I just think it's weird because I received 2 shaders and then one emote and one exotic. When it said 3 of each, I wouldn't have spent the extra $20 if it was only 1 of each. It's just a little messed up, I wish bungie had a way to directly email them and I could then find a solution instead of waiting for them to MAYBE read this.
