I understand that Throwing Knife as a whole for some reason got kicked down in the latest update (despite the fact that the issue was the Incendiary Blade burn, not the Throwing Knife as a whole). But through about two hours of playing last night, I was unable to kill a wounded target with a precision knife throw...because ZERO burn damage would be applied. None. I double and triple-checked to make sure I had spec'd into it because my opponents would survive with only a sliver of health remaining. If a perk isn't gonna work, I'm not gonna use it.
