Ling took his rather quickly, he needed to calm down.
Chloanne also took hers.
"So...You are Lings girlfriend? Good job Ling."
Ling was scalding his tongue at this moment from drinking the coffee trying to avoid talking.

"I am, yes. We've been together for quite some time now." She made herself a cup of tea. "At first, we thought our relationship would be difficult. I suppose the thrill of the secret gave it that extra forbidden charm..." She smiles at ling.
-
"Wait..No one else knows this?" She asked. "Yes, Chloanne. The reason is I'll probably get flayed alive in front of the Emperor if anyone else knew." He said looking at Macha.
-
She sighs. "Indeed, it's true. I am a farseer of Craftworld Biel Tan. And, well, you already know he is an Inquisitor. Our love would be forbidden. But to the rules, we say, 'So what?' In these dark times, happiness shouldn't be forbidden, under any cost. And until we can rectify that prohibition, we will have to live our lives in secrecy."
-
Chloanne nodded along. "Now I understand. This explains alot...I'll keep this a secret, I don't want to see my brother being flayed alive as he says so." Ling looked relieved. "Thank you Chloanne..alot."
-
"Yes. Thank you." She takes her cup of tea and sits at the table with them.
-
"I have another question. Have you guys seen a orangutan with some bionic stuff on it?" Said Chloanne with a bizzare question. "Uh...no?" Said Ling confused at that. "Well if you can please try to bring him to me without getting blown to bits?" "...Okay?"
-
Macha was completely oblivious to what she asked. "Sounds like a very odd thing..."
-
"Yeah..I think I need more coffee to process that.." He got up. "Well he's a okay..orangutan. Wow I just realized how weird that was...I think we should talk about something else."
-
"What's it like, the life of a rogue trader?"
-
"Well..it's rather boring. I mean all you do is find planets for the Imperium via a agreement and that is it. Though there is one will every trader aspires to get. The Emperors Will, It is personally signed by himself and allows one to have total freedom as long as they do not mess up."
-
She looks at ling. This could mean freedom for them, too... "I see... interesting idea."
-
"Its not like you can storm into the Golden Palace and say whatever you want. Though I'd like it to be.." She said, not noticing Macha. Ling turns to look back at Macha.
-
"I suppose if it allows us to live in peace, without having to hide... it would be a good thing."
-
"Yeah.." He said, staring Macha in her eyes. "But once again you have to be given it personally by those High Lords.." Said Chloanne. "By the way, Ling you still look like our mother more than me." She said, obviously referring to the staring.
-
She sighs. "Yet another obstacle... I don't know much about the high lords of terra, but would they trust an Inquisitor?"
-
"Well, if the Merit still holds true they cannot refuse me anything for a good reason. I'm not much of a talker myself." He said. Chloanne went to refill her coffee. "Alright I'm confused here, what exactly is going on?"
-
"You say this will grants freedom to any, correct? If Ling were to obtain this will... we wouldn't have to hide our common life. We could freely live together, without hiding."
-
"To the Rogue Trader and their Heirs/Associates." She said. "But it's hard to even get them talking about it since well, it's rarer than a Space Marine having children."
-
"Damn..." She sighs. Their options were getting slim.
-
Sadly the edgy grimjob was coming back for round two. "I didn't say I wouldn't write Ling in." She said. "Wait, Ling you are a Inquisitor. Can't you just give them a good reason to let you guys be..? I mean you guys constantly have near unlimited power Secondly to the Emperor and his Primarchs. Correct? Just say it's some demon incursion or whatever and that's it?" Ling sighed. "It's sadly not that simple. The Ecclisarchy and the High Lords hate about anyone that's not a human. They barely tolerate very temporary alliances with anything."
-
"Sounds like it would be time for a change of command... I remember reads on the old Emperor. He wasn't so Xenophobic, and was rather humble, if I remember correctly."
-
"That could be true..Then again I wasn't alive when he was well, not a corpse on a chair." He said.
-
"Are there no records of him in your libraries?"
-
"Well, Yes. But Hereticus doesn't really like anyone going in there." He replied. "They don't want anyone outside of the Inquisition knowing anything except that the Emperor is a God and that they are really just not insane people."
-
"Well, you're part of the Inquisition. You could go do some reading up on them..."
