Helios's vision blurred and he found himself back on the moon
"Another flashback?", "I must be losing my mind." He said angrily as he kicked a rock across a crater in front of him.
"Helios your mental state is completely normal."
Helios turned to face his ghost. "Thanks Alpha, I was just... Never mind." He said with a sigh
"Ok Helios, now we must keep moving the fallen are tracking us." Alpha nervously stated.
"Alpha I've told you that I'm more powerful than I've ever been, remember that time that I cleared out the mining sector single handedly?" Helios said proudly.
"I was there and I saved you five times from the splinter mines the fallen had set up. You can't take all the credit." Helios grumbled indistinctly to himself for a moment. He heard sand crunching behind him despite the thin atmosphere of the moon. Helios drew his hand cannon with lightning speed and aimed behind without looking and fired a single booming shot. He heard something fall to the ground. Helios spun on his heels to admire his handiwork. A Dreg was laying dead about three feet away from where he was standing ether streaming from a bullet hole in it's chest. It's hand was clutching a dagger. Helios strode over and snatched the knife from the dead dregs grasp. He slipped it into a loop on his belt. "Nice try little guy but you'll have to be quieter next time." Alpha materialized over Helios's shoulder "Nice shot." he said.
"Thanks Alpha." Helios said quietly as he spun around and continued on his way.
