I was running a nightfall with a couple friends back in vanilla. It was Summoning Pits with void and solar burns on. On our 2nd run through we decided to cheese Phogoth by hanging a couple rooms back and sniping him. He was at a 3rd health after we had run up to his entry door to blast him with heavy wepons, and this of course summoned a shrieker. Being the mischievous person I am while my friends were shooting Phogoth I turned to the shrieker, blasted it with my mythoclast and told them "I'm just gonna let you guys deal with this" and took off running. All I heard was one of them saying "deal with wha?" Then guardian down. I was already laughing so hard I couldn't breathe but then I learned that because I ran to a different room the game counted that as a team wipe and sent us back to orbit right as I got into rez range. I learned about karma and laughed myself off my couch.
