Bungie, Thousands of guardians who seek to become legends with the might of the Black Spindle have experienced issues with getting the chance to receive it. First of all, I personally almost defeated the boss in the alternate ending of Lost to Light, and the the Taken Captain Driviks, The Chosen mysteriously disappeared. I couldn't quite tell if the boss had died or had teleported out of the map, but he certainly wasn't there. Next, I ask of part of the team to go over the mission and make it a little easier. Either that or make the weapon drop at a light level of 310. I do not think that the weapon at 290 and a ship is what pays off for the devastating mission difficulty.
