It can ripple to blend in with mist, fog, and rain. (See first pic) Drop of Jupiter: A white odachi sword without a guard and proper hilt. They fold up for easy concealment. Water Flask: Cleo carries a large water flask to use in battle in order to create a mist field or to extinguish fire.[/spoiler] Armor - [spoiler]https://imgur.com/PaNCj3I Dark Water Battle Attire: Heavy built gear, with a metal chest piece, chain mail leggings, and dense leather on the feet and hands. It's all adorned with dense cloth that is actual very light. It can ripple to blend in with mist or fog.[/spoiler] Abilities- [spoiler]Hydro-Manipulation: Cleo can manipulate water to a slight degree, able to Chang it to mist which she can then use as a cover. In this state, her heart slows down incredibly, and her body temperature mixes with the mist, while still retaining strength and mobility. Shadow Melding: When she can't hide in mist, Cleo can meld to a shadow in order to hide. While not as effective (moving cancels the effect), it's a good backup.[/spoiler] Personality - [spoiler]Cleo is a quiet, often cold person. She doesn't say much and is often blunt, coming off as unfriendly and jagged. But, she is also kind and compassionate, and fiercely loyal to compatriots and friends alike.[/spoiler] History - [spoiler]Cleo is the sister of Annibelle Aldon, though, no one knows. She's a mercenary, simply after the perfect rival. While many have defeated her in duels, she deems none to be worthy of an ultimate rival. She has vowed to follow and serve under her rival if she ever finds one honorable and perfect enough.[/spoiler]
