Patch 2.3.0 Hits Registration on HC
I played about 10-8 games of doubles. I didn't notice any changes to HC phantom bullets. What makes it worst shots which are totally off register sometimes ^^

I feel like I'm getting killed by hand cannons more frequently and faster now.

My experience is that range is now most important. Damage falloff is quite dramatic! As for phantom bullets, no change there.

My experience with HCs were only positive so far. Played quite a lot and none of my favorite HCs let me down. Each of them felt really good and on point. Hawkmoon, TLW, Devil you know, Imago Loop, Stolen Pride are the ones I used. Going to try First Curse tomorrow.
