In the future when Bungie decides to release a Cabal themed Expansion, something I would LOVE to see is Raid weapons similar to those in Crota's End. By that I mean the perks those weapons had, such as Lich Bane on Abyss Defiant, Hive Disruptor, and more specifically, Dark Breaker on Oversoul Edict. The Dark Breaker perk allowed shots to overpenetrate through the Hive Knight "Wall of Darkness" (their shield).
I would like to see a similar perk like Dark Breaker for Cabal Phalanxes. Their shields can withstand even grenades attached to them, and if you ask me, that's a bit over the top. Not to mention a melee attack is out of the question unless you can clearly see their backs.
An overpenetrating effect on Phalanxes' Shields would help balance this.
Something I would like to point out, is that I believe the older perk node system worked better over the current Taken King weapons. Cocoon takes up one whole slot where another perk would most definitely come in handy.
I think Raid specific perks should be placed as passive nodes, such as "No Backpack" on Ice Breaker, or "Grenadier" on Tlaloc.
