I don't know about limiting exotic ghost shells to just factions. I think there should be a few but not JUST for factions. And give a few a quest line and story backline.

I never said for them to be exclusive to Factions, just that Factions should have exotic Ghosts Shells.

Oh I know. I was just saying there should be at least one exotic ghost shells per faction like class items. And the have one for like kings fall and a vanguard one crucible one house of judgements n reef Queens one. Etc etc
