Blink inquiry
In the patch notes it says [i]something along the lines of[/i] [quote]Blink incurs a -1 recovery[/quote]
But I never saw anything about players getting that state back or anything along those lines.
So my question is, [b]do we just lose the 1 recovery for eternity or does it come back at any point, and if so, how long do we have to wait until it is recovered?[/b]

When you equip Blink, your recovery stat will go down by one point.
