Someone pleeeeeease explain to me why Sleeper Simulant has f#cking [b][u]Hip-fire[/u][/b] as a perk?!? Can anyone think of a weapon that you're [i]less[/i] likely to be firing from the hip??
FIX IT, BUNGIE! Give it, I don't know... Spray and Play. Something! Nearly [u]anything[/u] else would be more useful than f#cking Hip-fire.

I've been using it a lot for farming lately, it makes short work of Taken ultras. It just bugs me that it has a perk on it that serves absolutely no purpose, lol.
