(While this might seem op look at the things you need to do in order to get it without dying. In pve it might need tweaking but note the burn doesn't stack so it doesn't kill any faster it just refreshes.) [/i]

Flavor text:
When galatic warfare becomes art this will be the pinnacle of perfection.- Woulnir Vien
Grimoire:
Stranger- This weapon is a golden age weapon made by a gunsmith wanting to turn war into art. He did so with this.
Gunsmith- These materials and this design is too advanced. What do you think I can do?
Stranger- It was my great grandfather's but I feel like this war will need more than one of these.
Gunsmith- If you want me to help make more try asking Hive Bane to get your stuff.
Stranger- Thanks. One day war will be more than bloodshed it will be an art.
Shaxx- Who says it already isn't.
How to obtain: reach rank 35 with Shaxx to start the quest line. You will need 50 hadium flakes, and 200 of each planetary material. Shaxx will then give you a sniper called The beginning. Its a minimal rate of fire, low aim assist, high impact legendary sniper with the same scope as the Celestial Death. Get 150 kills and 50 precision kills and go to show it to Shaxx. He will then open it for infusion and tell you to wait till the next armsday. Shaxx will then give you a pulse rifle called Nebula it's a legendary high impact low rate of fire pulse. Get 100 precision kills with it and show it to Shaxx.
Finally he will give you an auto called the Star forge. It is a doctrine auto. Get 350 kills and show it to Shaxx. Wait 2 armsdays to get the weapon.
So what do ya guys think I might do some art for it later (even if it looks like I farted paint on a piece of paper and said look it's art.)
Once again pardon my phones trash autocorrect and please feel free to ask for clarification and grammar fixes.
Patch notes: make stat bars look better.

Most of it is interesing but it is a destiny norm for weapons to not have impairig abilities beyond sight.
