There's a reason warlocks don't get evade. They try to level out the field when it comes to things like that and it also needs to follow some kind of lore. Just like how only warlocks could blink until hunters taught them selves how to do it or some bs like that. Nightstalker hunters have the ability to blink because of the void, titans created an armor that gave them some what of a similar ability. also people complained about how titans didn't have great movement like hunters and warlocks.
