It's been over a year now since the Pre-House of Wolves update created an "unintentional bug" as Bungie themselves described it, in the Strike.
Now, I've been away from the game for awhile checking in during Iron Banner mostly. But I saw that Winter's Run was the Nightfall and decided to run it for nostalgia (and to see if they finally fixed the aforementioned bug).
Only to find out that not only was it not fixed, but appears to have gotten WORSE.
As I wasn't too far away from the action (mid-Scout Rifle range) when the objective froze and trapped me in the area blocking my progress.
Even on subsequent wipes, the bug persisted even when deep in the fray.
Bungie, you have been aware of this problem since April of 2015. Please fix this problem.
It is this level of unattentiveness that drove many players away, myself included.
I can not support you guys if you will not support your players.
Thank you.

Edited by hoorayforkyle: 6/8/2016 4:35:31 AMThat is intentional. They made it so you have to stay somewhat near the action. In year 1, so many people would sit way back and snipe with ice breaker in that area. Originally, it was a bug. They later said they left it as is intentionally.

One of the time this week my team was able to skip that part it was amazing.

Are you really surprised?

Edited by KannibalKlown: 6/8/2016 4:04:13 AMI've only been trapped twice ever. A team wipe cleared both up. It was in the section just before you steal the pikes. Though one was a while back and one was recent. So it is sad they haven't fixed it yet
