The one on the Titan looks good, it's not Rifled Barrel but still better than a lot of the hand cannons I've seen. With Rifled Barrel you would have passed the stability bar by a good bit. Also that one has LiTC.

Ouch. Sorry man...... i have one very similar to that. Reactive Reload, Outlaw, Braced Frame, Steady hand. Love it on my bubble Titan with Weapons of Light. I hope you get another one soon and i hope you start LOCKING your guns!

I have the same roll on the CoE hand cannon. And with chain of woes it's amazing.

Jesus damn. I can just imagine myself with gunslinger trance x3 going around two tapping with reactive reload reloading so fcking fast maybe stack chain of woe on that shit. Max stability with reactive reload 114 damage and then use outflow to immediately renew reactive reload after a kill with even better reload if you have chain of woe.

Remember back in the day when there was no lock button and all the weapons dismantled really fast? Yeah, these aren't those days. :)
