To me, less time to get stuff = more time to get stuff.
Plus, some people like me have other things to do in real life, so getting a ghost, coins or exotics from Shaxx's bounty actually wasting my precious time.

I know what you're saying but once you have gotten the weapons and armor you're after crucible will get boring fast. So will raiding because what's the point? The grind is destiny sadly.
