PvP ruined exotics.
Don't allow them in PvP and they can be relevant agian

In response to the people saying separate both stats from both styles of play. Code. Do you know how easy/hard that would be? Because they could probably break more than fixing. Hence them not doing that. Everyone seems to suggest it like its the easiest shit in the world.

I see your point, and for what it's worth I do understand the complexity of the code, however if I remember correctly they've made changed to the PvP code (ie shotguns) without it affecting PvE. The separation of the PvP and PvE code already exists... or am I just spouting off hot air...

So they made them separate. Nice (I didn't know that) but is that the only gun? If it is after all this time then it's something that can be worked on but I doubt all the guns require the same separation coding if it's still the way it is.

Or just separate the stats. When it's nerfed or buffed it's the gun in general, so both styles of gameplay are affected, and thus kill PvE weapons if they happen to be usable in PvP.

They could allow them in PvP. All they have to do is separate the PvP from PvE all together.

So true, back in y1 I just got my thorn then that next week nerf because of complaints in crucible. I didn't even get to bump it up to 365 and enjoy it before it became useless. I hate crucible

I like this. PvP ruined some exotics, not to mention other perks on legendaries like field scout

DOUBLE YUP!!! I honestly believe that pvp has taken front stage to pve ONLY because many of your year one and dedicated pve players have gotten sick and tired of their favorite weapons being nerfed (primarily exotics that they had to work hard for). Not to mention.. exotics were just that... EXOTIC and hard to get! Now they are given out like candy in the form of 3OC and Zur!
