We need more exotic pulse rifles
We have...
Bad Juju: pretty much exotic version of Hawksaw and Suros PDX-45 with the vendor Hawksaw still being better. Why use an exotic Hawksaw when I can just use Hawksaw?
NTTE: there was a time where I actually used to wreck with this thing but what plagues it are bad sights, its archetype, and you must hit the head, if you hit body shots you're gonna have a bad time.
Red Death: plagued by its archetype...it fires too slowly and everything about it is just...meh.
We desperately need some more and better exotic pulse rifle options.

Exotic weapons are not meant to be more powerful or OP than legendary ones. The unique perk is what makes them exotic. And all perks are situational so you can't expect to use the same thing everywhere. What Red Death and Bad Juju can do in PvE, no other legendary can do. Similarly Mida may not be the best PvE weapon, Hung Jury (previous vendor roll) is much better.
