Be able to increase the light level (infuse) rare items. Would make things more diverse as if we find a rare item we like the look of or perks on we could increase its light level.

That was never a problem in y1, if you look in the armory legendaries there are like 10 of each kind of gun per faction, longbows weren't the only crucible snipers then ie
