The 'referee' I'm trying to do this has only installed the game 2 days ago (by the time I'm posting this). I've asked if the account they're on used the 25 digit code to install the taken king (they said they had) so if all they've said is true, and again in this scenario there'd be no benefits in lying - you can't get a reward if they're game sharing etc etc, then what can be done about changing the message before the 1 week period is over (which is kinda dumb bungie, post 1 week you can still be new to the game or simply have installed the game and left it alone b/c of work or school).
So what I'm asking is how/when will that message change? (assuming my referee here isn't trying to lie to me, again no point in this situation, they read how to qualify for ref status).
Is there anything I can do as the Veteran to get it to change? Noting that I've actually removed the referral and provided them with a new code URL 3 times in total, so the only FAQ advice that I can see, I have followed.
I tried linking yesterday, so it's been a day since the initial use of the latest URL.
I hope for a relatively swift response given the time sensitive nature of the refer-a-friend requirements.
I may post this same question in a different section as it could fall under issues with bungie's website being weird.

Hi, If you're seeing this error it typically means the license for TTK is not yet owned under the referees account. If your friend purchased a physical copy of TTK, a they may want to verify that they redeemed all codes for digital content (DLCs) that would have come with it.
