Those are not much for perks at all. Sidearms reload like lightning Guess that leaves you with the feather mag. Just not a good set of perks for the weapon type. On the up side the base stats on it are top shelf enough to use any way.

The one perk you want on side arms is High Caliber rounds. I would buy the New Monarchy one if you want a great side arm. The one you have shard or infuse.
