Three of Coins removed and all y1 exotics to be year two'd. Scrap the exotic engrams completely and make exotics a 1% drop chance in strikes and crucible. (For IB, +2.5% for each rank and a +1% chance for every Vanguard Streak stack in the Nightfall Playlist (capped at 10%?) sounds fair.) Honestly, none of my exotics feel even slightly special to me other than my Nighthawk and Claws of Ahamkara. I don't even bother with exotic weapons anymore. At least consider this for Y3. I read a long post about how y2 felt like trash and the exotic candy store that is Three of Coins was one of the main reasons for that.
