Am I racist if I hate X race but still treat it equally as others?
Example: I hate Asians. I still however, respect them and treat them exactly as I would to another human being

Racism is the active discrimination against a certain a group based on prejudice. Prejudice is pre judging anything and cannot be avoided due to human instinct to stay away from and be curious about what it does not recognise. Prejudice is often taken to mean judging someone based on preconceived notions such as stereotypes. So what you are doing is prejudice but not racism as you treat them the same. I think.
