Lack of Fun New Games?
So recently I've been really struggling with finding new and fun games to play. Nowadays new games feel like more of a chore and unappealing to me. All the old game series like Halo (by bungie, not 343), COD (From Black Ops II and back) Gears, Homefront, Battlefront, Dragon Age and etc.
All the new games seem rehashed, reskinned, unoriginal. Like the new Homefront, the new COD, the new Gears, and all these games just like LOL. Now there are some games and series that still do well, like battlefield and this new No Man's sky.
Does anyone have the same feeling?

Im in love with battleborn and overwatch. They may be like LoL, but my god the community is so much better on those games then LoL LoL has been cancer since day one and riot knows it well.

Yeah i do, only games that feel new and innovative is R6, No mans sky, and some game for PS4 that has you kill robot dinosuars with a bow. I forgot the name but that looks pretty -blam!-ing cool. Most games now are just super complex and add shit no one really wanted. I want games that are a challenge and require some thinking, and they add things people want or need. Destiny? No one asked for a PoE updated version, and anyone who did is part of a very small group. Plenty of examples for destiny and most other games.

1 ReplyI was looking forward to No Man's Sky this month, a 7 week delay is annoying but understandable! Destiny isn't gonna keep me amused for another 2-3 months lol... I'm struggeling with what to buy and play now! Dark Souls 3 has been lost on me after; in my opinion, Bloodborne took the souls type games in the right/best direction (Combat wise) I cry because Dark Souls 1 is still my all time favourite game! Never been a fan of unchartered. Maybe I'll read a book!

All I've been playing is Kritika Online and Elsword. Console games gets boring and felt like not enough story in them sometimes. XD

2 RepliesYes I feel the exact same. I thought I'd get into Halo 5 to distract me from Destiny for a while, but omg I was so wrong. I wouldn't even call it Halo, and the multiplayer is horrific! Im disappointed but still optimistic, just waiting for E3 for new details that HOPEFULLY will bring back that feeling!

I've been enjoying the games I play, but the problem is when you're supposed to have friends to play it with and none want to play it with you, they'd rather play X, Y, or Z game instead, it makes it not as fun if it's a PvP game or PvE is intended to be co-op (E.G. Borderlands).
