This just recently happened on my warlock: After waiting a full week for my armsday orders to come in, I excitedly jumped into the tower to redeem them earlier today. Since I primarily use auto rifles, I could not decide on what version of the SUROS ARI-45 to choose from the gunsmith, but I redeemed my other orders and received the field test weapons for the week. While I was debating over which version of the ARI-45 I would be getting, I completed 4 out of the 5 test weapons, while still remaining the same gunsmith rank as when I placed my orders for this week. I returned back to the tower to finally make my decision on the ARI-45; however, when I approached the gunsmith the usual dialogue of weapon selections for the order did not appear. While still in the gunsmith's menu, I switched screens to my character overview to check that the order was in fact still in my inventory. While examining the completed order (completed orders have a yellow border around them, just like completely upgraded equipment) I noticed that while having the cursor over the completed order, it gave me the option to press "X" (PS4 version) to "equip" the order. Upon "equipping", the order completely vanished from my inventory. The gunsmith has no change in his menu nor does he initiate the dialogue box for the completed order. The order is not under my primary slot, my inventory, nor in my vault. It has completely disappeared. I do not know what happened to the order, but in hopes that this can be fixed, I wanted to warn everyone of the dangers of equipping a completed order...
