I will admit, I'm not proud of it.
Now, I've just been traveling around.
I guess I got a good end of it, when I was forced to leave and no longer be a god, I was dumped in the 1980s, I loved that era, so, every cloud has a silver lining
English
-
"at least you've had time to attone for your sins. As I have."
-
Yes, I have. I had even managed to reconcile by bringing back some of my victims.
-
"The dead should be left to sleep. That is why necrons are so hateful. Not even their gods respected their wishes. They enslaved them, forced them into a war they never cared for... that is why I liberate them."
-
If that is true, that the dead should sleep, why do I always come back? Normally, when I die, that body will literally puke out it's insides, and ultimately grow skin and such until I look as I did before I died, it's strange
-
"I'd rather not discuss the science behind gods. They live in their own little world apart from us. You should know that."
-
That I do know... However, I brought one back because I was good friends with his father
-
"I suppose naivete can't be denied sometimes. Oh well." Suddenly, all over the General Quarters, red lightning begins to appear, concentrated at certain points. "ah. There they are."
-
There... there who are?
-
"I did not travel alone. I brought my suits with me."
-
Interesting... I don't think that I've ever been with the same people too long. I have Mion and Crossbow, but no one else really
-
"They are not people. They are suits. I merge with them, swap bodies, in sorts."
-
Oh. Well, Mion isn't exactly a human, he's a cat with wings, and Cross is skeletal.
-
"The only people I really keep close to me are my three daughters."
-
Well, you're lucky. I never had the joy of a family. My mother was slaughtered by my father And my father was killed by me and the Deity
-
"I wouldn't exactly call it joy. More like tragedy."
-
Looks like we all have different views
-
"It isn't a matter of views. It's a matter of history. I don't know yours, neither do you know mine."
-
fair, fair. But I am a little interested in yours... *Mortar sits on a ledge* Can you explain a little?
-
"I am not sure. It is quite a lengthy tale. Perhaps I can tell it to you on the way to my suits."
-
Alright. *Mortar jumps off the ledge and when you look over, you see him on the ground unscathed* Let's go.
-
Kor'El jumps down, causing the pavement to shatter underneath him in a cloud of dust. He gets up, unscathed. "Good heavens, where to begin..."
-
I'd assume the beginning would be good. *He starts walking towards the where the lightning was*
-
"I suppose so. Let's see... I was born a part of the Tau Fal'Shia Sept. From birth, I was destined to become a commander of the Tau fire caste of our Sept. In my species, choice isn't ours. We are assigned a destiny that will serve the greater good."
-
Sounds like Communism from Earth, continue.
-
"I was raised, indoctrinated, to become the fiercest warrior in our Sept. I excelled at leadership, but something unique came of me. On one of my missions, I had found a book, from earth. I had to learn english to understand it, it was an old book. With the help of the Infiltration units, they taught me the language of the enemy. It was titled 'Mark Twain's fables of Man.' From it, I learned a great deal about something that was strange to me. Freedom. I learned that A man chooses, and a Slave Obeys. That the right to choose, the right to question ourselves was the basis for a life of plentitude. I kept learning as much as I could from wherever I could about this freedom. It interested me a great deal."
