The game hasn't even been out two years and you're acting like year one was 8 years ago. I'd wait until year two of destiny 2 to be slightly worthy of acting like a vet. I personally didn't play destiny during year 1, but I don't mind that I missed out on the bugs.

This isnt about elitism, it to bring to light the noticeable changes and difference between what y1 was like and what this game is now. It not a knock to y2 or a handjob for y1. It's just to say that some for the better and some for the worst this game has morphed.

I agree, it's really odd how special the year one players want to feel, I think Bungie should give them snowflake emblems. I don't believe Destiny has changed so much since Year 1 that posts like these are required, maybe wait until the game ages a bit and player base actually grows then tell new players how things were.

No one is tryna make fun of yall so stop acting like it. You don't believe it's changed that much and if your are a y2 player we get that. That's the point if this post, to tell you shit wasn't always this easy. You take for granted shelling out 10+ motes to lvl up a gun. We're here to tell you it took days sometimes to level a gun. And the fact that we can celebrate and talk about these changes is one of the reasons I do love this game. Destiny was supposed to be game that grows with a so called ten year plan, now while that is bs, I can say I like the fact that they are [i]tryna[/i] make this game evole. I play b4 and that game has been out what four years and they may have added maps but it's the same damm game it was at launch. Also the Destiny player base is 20 million (not all active) but that's still a good number for a new IP.
