Should I get rid of my rare Shoot to Loot scout rifles?
I have a Painted Abaddon SR5 (Mida style) at 138 atk, Acheron SR5 (Vision of Confluence style) at 128 atk, and a Silvered kin SR5 (highest Impact style) at 138 atk. They all have Explosive Rounds. I acquired back in the Dark Below days of running Crota's End and needing ammo but not wanting to put ourselves in harm's way.
There's less need of it now in Year 2. I've been holding on to them just in case, but I'm thinking it's time to let go. What do y'all think?
I have them all equipped. Have a look at them.

In the HM Crota encounter these were a god send.

Keep em, or roll a her benevolence with stl, there really isn't a practical use for a primary stl, but I would keep em...

2 RepliesKeep them, why not? But change the Silvered Kín to Fitted Stock, it'll help get hose headshots in the Crucible as that archetype is a three headshot kill.

The Eirene RR4 from the Gunsmith can come with Shoot to Loot. I have 2. A Void and a Solar. I just need Arch to finish the collection. LOL. One is on my Titan now.

3 RepliesI kept one for when my friends and I do VoG or CE (we helped a friend through VoG that had never done it before last week, in fact). 😁 I figured its only one slot in the vault, and you can't get that perk to roll any more, so why not hold onto one of them? 😊

No, you can still use them in regular crucible cus light doesnt matter.

If you have room in the vault keep them if not I would dismantle them. You know if you run completely out of ammo in PVE the game automatically gives you primary and secondary after like 10-15 seconds.
