I've noticed that with low RoF high impact scouts all in really looking for is a stability perk in the middle. I have a Badger with Who's Next which is good and then I have a Hand of Judgement with Third Eye which is really good. I honestly think people look way too much into a guns perks without actually trying it out. I have a grasp of Malok with surrounded, guerilla fighter, and lightweight and it is my best performing PvP pulse rifle. I think many people would have broken it down without even having another one available to them.
