It explodes, throwing him into the air like a rag doll. He slams into the ground at 175mph, his armor absorbing much damage but not nearly enough. He tumbles across the ferrocrete road for the length of 2 football fields before slamming into an abandoned freight truck. The winged monster is nowhere to be seen. Edmond leans up against the truck, left arm hanging limply, right leg missing from the knee down. Blood pours from his wounds as he slowly dies. "Come close, I have to tell you something of great importance.." Gasps Edmond.[/i][/b]
