Awakening
Monica shot awake. She was covered in sweat, her combat suit still on. On her left hand was an eye... Much like her uncle. Where was she?
"H...Hi?"
She calls out. She was shaking. Her vision was shaky. She stands, supporting herself on the rock wall. She was in... What felt like a ship...
Why was she here? What... What happened? Last thing she remembered she was sleeping in her bed... And then... She was here. She exited the room cautiously, looking at her surroundings.
"H-Hello?"
She calls out. She was lost... On a probably massive ship.

"I can..." She gasps. "I think I'm ok..."
-
He looks pensive. "Screw it. I'll carry you. You're not too heavy, I could use a good workout, and plus, don't all women love being carried around like princesses?" He chuckles.
-
She giggles, it was a cute little, small giggle. "Yeah... I guess..." She smiles shyly at him.
-
He smiles at her, putting his shield on his back. He put a hand behind her back and under her legs, lifting her up off the ground and carrying her. "There. Better, don't you think?"
-
She giggles louder, more of a laugh. "Heeheehee!" She grins widely. "I definitely like this."
-
He laughs a bit. Her laughter was definitely contagious. He walks down the corridor, holding her safely. He was strong, she could tell, since he wasn't flinching at all. He smiled, looking ahead. "I bet it isn't often you get carried to safety by lizard men in armour on board a rusty old ship, is it?"
-
She laughs. "Certainly not everyday!"
-
"Only on the best days, eh?" He chuckles. "Got any family, other than your mom and dad?"
-
"A brother... He's just dumb... Aaron." She laughs. "No... He's caring and nice..."
-
"Ah, yes. Brothers. I have one, believe me if I got the brains out of the equation, it's because he got the brawn. Dumb as a sack of rocks, but the man could damn well lift a bloody mountain." He smiles. "Love that boy. Anyone else close to you? Uncle, Aunt, ..?"
-
"My Aunt Ellie... She's the one we heard in the transmission. And my Uncle Ryker... He's amazing! You should see him... Both of them are just... Ugh." She's says with a smile.
-
"Cute couple, eh? Lucky pair, it sounds." He smiles. "I don't have any other family except for my brother. Even then, I still don't know where the fool is. Hopefully around someone smarter than him that'll tell him what to do." He chuckles. "Shouldn't be much farther now."
-
She laughs at his story. "I'm sure he's fine." She looks forward as he notes they should be arriving soon
Im off to bed
-
They arrive in a large room, very, very large. It was kilometers wide and long, like a whole city block. Tulleesh whistled. "Damn. Pretty intense."
okee, reply in the morning
-
Nevermind this is last one
She nods. "Really big room... What for do you think?"
-
"Hmm... by the looks of it, an arena of sorts. For really, really big things. Seems it was abandoned a while ago."
XD aight mang
-
"I don't like this... It's to open."
As Tre... Isn't responding... I'm just going to blend that plot into this post... Is that ok?
"We need to keep moving."
-
what do you mean?
He spots some searchlights in the distance, sweeping the sky. "Over there. I think that's the base we're looking for." He starts walking to it, still holding Monica.
-
Nevermind, I'll do it later. I was just going to integrate Ryker and Garret in but nevermind
She watches carefully around them as they go.
-
As they approach the outskirts of the base, they are intercepted by a patrol of Tempestus Scions, of the 7th Baltic Manticores regiment. "You there! Stop!" "Please, sirs, she is wounded. She needs medical attention quickly. I have done my possible for her wounds, but she might be suffering from internal bleeding."
-
Monica stared at them, bewildered.
-
The turquoise-armoured soldiers glanced quickly at each other, then back to the two of them. "Follow us. Quickly." They turn back, beginning to sprint back towards their camp. Tulleesh follows them at their pace, not slowed down in the least by Monica's weight. In his eyes was a focused, caring look. She could tell that in this moment, her safety was what mattered to him.
-
She clung to him, still scared. Despite all her family members telling her she was fearless... She was shaking.
-
He could feel her shaking. He could feel her fear. He looked into her eyes. "Look at me, Monica. I promise that I won't let anything happen to you. I promise." He was confident. He was comforting as well. Since she was so close to him, she could smell him. He smelled of nature, the sweet musk of the fresh, pure air flowing through the foliage of the trees. He smelled of the spring flowers dancing through the grass, filling the air with their sweet perfumes. He smelled... serene.
-
She buried her face in his chest. She wanted it to go away, she wanted to be back home. She wanted to make this never happen... But she couldn't. And if that happened.. She could never meet Tulleesh.
