There IS something wrong with being far-right, or far-left. Authoritarianism and intolerance is wrong.

Just as expanding poverty to everyone is wrong. I'm not talking about Fascism here, I'm talking extreme Republicans as well as Extreme Democrats. Nothing wrong with it. While I agree intolerance is wrong, being intolerant of others beliefs is the same thing.

Generalizing the entire right as intolerant and then bashing it collectively is intolerant. Intolerance and these types of things are fickle mistresses, no?

The centre-right is usually open to socially progressive ideas, but the hard right isn't.
