I say won't because if you cheat in gears they either ban you from the game or Stat wipe you. Apparently these people get neither. If you signed in offline you would get a Stat wipe because they assumed you were cheating. I get my thread locked and basically thrown aside although the enemy team wins. So don't feel bad if bungie doesn't come up to your expectations...at least they're not saying shut up people can cheat if they want. Bungie is looking -blam!-ing great to me right now lol
