Guardian Down - Final Chapter, 1/???

Screw it, you know what. I'm finishing what I started. I don't care if I left out some story, I'll summarize it. Emilia gets captured, Prime Servitor of Stone lives, Theo, Emilia's Ghost, really dead, Aleya joins the Fireteam. Let's get right into it. This is possibly a 3 part chapter. Leading up to the conclusion. Edit: Slight mistakes corrected by OutsideRocket, thanks buddy. _______ The five remaining Fireteam members stood on Venus, about to board Urksis' Ketch. Rush looked back to his Fireteam members, and they all looked back at him. "We're only here to look for clues, alright?" he asked, making sure all of them are ready to board, scavenge, and leave. "Got it," they all said in unison, followed by a slight nod from every one of them. Rush smiled behind his helmet, once a lone wolf, but now an alpha, he looked back at the entrance of the Ketch, ready for what's they're about to do. "Let's go," he said as his cloak flew with the breeze. He entered the Fallen ship. His Fireteam followed soon after, readying their rifles. "I'll -blam!-ing end them..." he mumbled into the cold wind of Venus. ______ "Yes..." Urksis cackled as the Prime Servitor was being rebuilt. The key, recovered from Theo, was the missing component. The core. Urksis looked back at Emilia, knocked out cold, and tied up in a cell, as he laughed and laughed tremendously. Theo's optic flickered on and off, spastic sparks of light flew from his shell, that was crushed to pieces. There was no mercy, no sympathy. They had forced Emilia and Theo to give back the missing component. Emilia groaned, starting to regain consciousness. She shook her head, shaking off the sleepy feeling as she started to look around. A lower Vandal stuck his rifle to her head, speaking in his tongue. Two other Vandals unlocked her cell and walked in, readying their rifles. Emilia tried to rub her eyes to see clearly, but her hands were bound. She blinked a couple of times to clear her vision before noticing she wasn't where she was before. "Wh-where am I? What's going on?" A Vandal shoved his rifle's end to Emilia's helmet, staggering and knocking her back. "Hey! What was that for?!" she winced in pain. "Quiet!" the Vandal hissed back, shoving his rifle's end to her side this time. This Vandal held no sympathy for Emilia, he wanted to torture her, to bring her pain like she did for their House. But he is under orders to keep her alive. Emilia looked at the Vandal, trying to resist the pain. She looked back at the open gate, and a Captain had walked in, followed by the two Vandals. "Yes..." the Captain walked up to Emilia, and grabbed her neck. "Hello there, Awoken. It is a pleasure to meet you," he chuckled, tightening his grip on Emilia's neck. He stared into her bright blue eyes. She struggled to breath, she was gagging and coughing. The Captain chuckled more before releasing his grip around her neck. "I will be back... Enjoy your stay, filthy rat." Emilia watched the Captain walking away as she took deep breaths, steadily. She was helpless. Nothing to do, nowhere to run. ______ Rush, followed by his Fireteam, wondered around in the Ketch, searching for any clue they could find. Any clue leading to where Emilia is. "I think we should split up. It's more efficient that way," Gizmo suggested, leaning on a door. "We can cover more ground that way." "He's right," Dennis concurred. "It'll take less time, and energy." Rush nodded and beckoned Dennis to come with him. The Exo obliged and stood next to him. "Dennis and I," he spoke softly. "Aleya, Gizmo, and Maria." "Haha, yes! Dream Team!" Gizmo cheered enthusiastically. "Let's goooo~!" Aleya and Maria exchanged looks and looked skyward, face palming in sync. Maria just disagreed with the whole idea grouping up with Gizmo. She was fine with Aleya, but Gizmo. Gizmo. "Split," Rush announced, prying a door open with his knife. "Report anything you can find," he walked off into the darkness, followed by Dennis. _____ Emilia looked into the distance, watching countless Dregs and Vandals work on rebuilding the Prime Servitor. She panted, beads of sweat rolled down her helmeted face. She tried and tried to escape the bonds keeping her attached to the wall. Nothing worked. The Vandal that kept watch over her just watched for entertainment, seeing her struggle. Occasionally, adding a kick or two near her abdomen. He chuckled, oh, he chuckled at her struggle. The Warlock looked back to the Vandal, he sat on a rusty chair, with his legs crossed and two of his arms on his rifle. He would charge it up just to scare her, and sometimes shoot it above her head. She couldn't take it anymore, she wanted to go home. She wanted peace. The Tower, her friends. Just somewhere other than this place. The gate to her cell opened. The same Captain from before had entered and walked up to Emilia. "You, come with me," he released her restraints and grabbed both her arms, practically dragging her into the next room. Emilia looked around as he brung her out of the cell. Tons and tons of Eliksni looked at her, hissing and clicking. She turned her attention to the Prime Servitor, whose lights flickered on and off, as it slightly generated Ether for the Stone. "Stand up," the Captain Eliksni kicked her, forcing her to stand and walk. She was a prisoner here. This is torture... she thought to herself, closing her eyes, hoping she could open them and be at the City. _____ "Dennis, have you found anything?" Rush asked, as he knocked over a pile of Fallen technology. "No. I can barely get information out of these lowly Fallen comms. We could try searching the main room," he responded. "But, we don't know where that is," Rush said quietly, taking his knife and slashing away at any rubbish in his path. "We will if we keep moving. Let's go," Dennis said, knocking down an inactive door with his shoulder. Dust flew out the opening, and he and Rush walked through. "Gizmo," Rush tapped into the group comm link. "Have you found anything? Dennis and I are attempting to find the main room, see if we can get anything there." "Nothing, absolutely nothing. Everything is just not functional, I don't think we'll be able to find her like this..." Gizmo talked over Maria and Aleya's conversation. "We just gotta keep going man, I'll talk to you later, keep searching..." Rush tapped out of the comm link and sat down. Dennis heard him plop down onto the ground, and turned his attention to him. He walked over and sat down next to Rush, putting his arm around him, comforting him. "We'll find her," he said monotonously. "We will, trust me on this." "We're gonna need a miracle..." Rush sighed, leaning back on the wall. He looked up, staring at the roof of the Fallen Ketch. "A big one too..." ______ The Captain forcefully tossed Emilia into another room, and chuckled as her body landed with a loud thud. She grunted in pain, trying to lift her body to sit up straight. The Captain watched her suffering as she barely had the willpower to look back at the Captain. She laid on the floor, powerless, unable to do anything. The Captain turned away and glanced back once more before shutting the door tight. Emilia could barely pull herself up, she could only do one thing. She crawled to the nearest wall, and sat down. She looked around the empty room, and pondered if this is how her life ended as she knew it. She raised her hand and tried to focus on it, trying to summon a bit of Arc energy. But nothing happened, her Light was gone. And so, she sat, and stuffed her helmeted face into her hands. Her eyes started to water, and she could only mutter one thing. "... Help..." _____ Theo's optic flickered on and off, attempting to send a emergency signal to the Tower to indicate his location. The pieces of his shell gathered around the ball of Light before going out with a tiny spark of Light. The emergency signal was sent, and Theo's optic shut off for good. _____ The chatter of Guardians filled the Tower. Cayde enjoyed the sound of lively Guardians as he leaned back in his chair near his map. He sighed of relief, and rocked back and forth, thinking to himself that this is the high life. A worker bot frame walked up to Cayde with a piece of paper in its robotic hands. Cayde looked at the bot frame and took the paper from its hands and dismissed it. He read over the paper and gave it to Ikora. "It's one of your Warlocks," Cayde said, continuing to rock back and forth in his chair. Ikora looked at Cayde and then the paper. "It's a distress signal... 'Send Rush Falzone to current location'." Ikora looks at Cayde, giving him a nod. "Cool. Just let me transmit the encoding to his Ghost and..." _____ "New message from the Tower, from Cayde," Hunt appeared in a flash, decrypting the message. "I know where they are. I'll mark the location." Rush looked up at his Ghost, and stood up almost immediately. He smiled, and contacted Gizmo via comm link. He told Gizmo to meet them at the entrance of the Ketch, where they would group up once again. Rush ended the link and looked at Dennis. "Speaking of miracles..."
