Checkout the group/clan finder on DadsofDestiny.net, or join us on Discord (links on the website). Since this is the main group for all the DoD clans, from here it would look pretty fractured. Each subgroup has their own way of doing things. Some just drum up impromptu games, while other have rigid schedules that they assign people to teams. It's all in what works best for you. That's pretty impressive that you only completed normal mode twice before moving on to hard.
