That's Microsoft saying buy an xbone.
-
I still miss my Halo 3 edition Xbox 360 :( I was young at the time and didn't know you weren't supposed to push the tray disc in and eventually it just wouldn't read any games.
-
My old 360 had one of those once... for about a minute
-
I had 6 RROD, it's the reason I got involved with console tear downs. I recommend everyone looks into replacing the thermal paste on your consoles CPU, if you're gone past the years warranty.
-
Time to upgrade.
-
Who's your daddy?
-
No fun. My og 60g PS3 died ages ago, wouldn't play anything but unreal tournament offline. Then one day I thought I'd give it another go and boom it was working fine again and still lives to this day.
-
What's your middle name?
-
How long did you have it for? When I upgraded I had had mine for about 7/8 yrs of heavy use *knocks on wood* Saw a friend get a new 360, still white at the time, and within like 2 months it RROD on him. His 3rd console. Lost it, punched the -blam!- out of the top of it. Crazy how that happens.
-
Easily fixed with some silver thermal paste, you can get some off eBay for about £5
-
Had four of those. Treated my 360s better than my Fat PS3 that's still going strong. The 360 was a terribly built machine.
-
Another to check off the list
-
Never forget.
-
Only happened with one of my xbox 360s. Didn't do anything whatsoever
-
Ah yeah I remember my father's 2005 model got the red ring of death after consistent hours of play for about a year lol. That's the last time I recalled that happening ever. I also got a YLOD on my old ps3 about a year ago. I lost the majority of my saves from 2011-2015. ):

Edited by SirBigWater: 5/17/2016 4:32:39 AMWas it the classic white 360? I remember that problem. Had that happen twice back around 2006-2007. Really sucks
-
Edited by bFLY: 5/17/2016 4:28:10 AMI lost 4 Xbox 360s to RROD so I know the pain. I fixed my last one and it lasted me another year and a half while sounding like it might explode at any moment, before it RROD on me again. I finally just said fůćk it and took a hammer to it and bought an xbox one. No problems since lol
-
Why not upgrade to the slim model, or whatever the black 360 is called? Has no red ring apparently.
-
What is this, 2008?
-
Bummer. Wanna buy mine? It works. No hard drive but no bullshit.
-
Rip srg's xbox. Never forget . '-'7
-
I'd sell you mine...but GameStop already gave me my $1 for it.

Posted with Internet Explorer. But seriously, that sucks.
