Why not a...
So we have full auto scout rifles, pulse rifles, hand cannons (the last word), and shotguns, imagine a full auto sniper rifle. It would probably hold the record for fastest weapon to get nerfed. If that were to happen what would you like to see in/with it, perks and design wise?

Crappy impact, crappy range. Done. Stability maybe a little low (not so it's a laser beam) other than that I feel it would be balanced
