This is either horrible bait or you're just stupid. President Obama does not represent the entire federal government first off. Second, this is all happening because the Feds are exercising title IX, which has been in place since 1973. Third, the decision to interpret title IX to see if it applies to public restrooms would likely fall to the legislative branch not the president. Fourth, even if funding was cut to public schools, which it likely won't considering there's no precedent, the federal government only provides around 10% to k-12 public schools. This cut funding would produce layoffs, cut curriculum, and reduced teacher training, NOT MEALS. Do some research before making wildly outrageous claims just because you don't like President Obama.
