[b]Vapor[/b]: The capital megacity of the empire. Built from 3 large cities to form a Megacity with surrounding rural environment.
[i][b]Districts[/b][/i]
[u]Haven[/u]- A floating district only accessible via air transport. It hovers above the megacity of vapor and consist of the extremely wealthy. The air here is clean and electricity here is common alongside steam technology. Here the highest caste live: the Royal Family, the politicians, the industrialist, and noble men and women.
[u]The Core[/u]- The center of the mega city and the location for where all business, industry, and large factories and companies are. The upper middle class and middle class tend to live here and much activity is present in these parts. The Republic tend to attack military personnel or the enforcers in these areas. The most valuable resource here however is time, putting all work and effort into time. Several aero-ports lie as trade and transportation link to the main hub. Attacks from the Republic's Militia are frequent here.
[u]The Lantern District[/u]- A town infested with many foreigners. People within this area come from all parts of the world, becoming a giant melting pot. Red oriental lanterns line the streets earning this city it's name. Clothing, customs, food, and language here is different giving born-citizens the feeling of being in another country. This district is controlled and heavily influenced by The Royal Dragon Triad.
[u]Ironmill[/u]- The land of the working class. The poor district of vapor. Enforcers are typically active here as Ironmill is a heavy recruiting sight for the Republic. the Ironmill District has also been active in an active gang war with two Criminal Syndicates: The Haze and The Marauders.
[u]The Rust[/u]: The original capital before the city was destroyed and abandoned from The Great Western War. During the war, the government attempted to experiment on soldiers but instead created a mutated disease that spread and became a virus. The Infected wander in buildings during day and in the environment at nights. It's massive infrastructure and airship ports still remain as well as its metro rail stop.
[u]The Metro[/u]: A massive underground transportation system throughout the entire city of Vapor. It was abandoned after The Great Western War. After the war it was plagued with the same virus that spread throughout the Rust causing it to be shut down.
[u]Verdant[/u]- Dense forest with a large ocean fed lake: emerald lake, as the green trees reflect from the large body of water. Highwaymen know this land and thieves rob from the wealthy who come here while hunters come for big game.
[u]The Old Port[/u] - Coast side rural area where people stay away from the industry pollution and the city. Clear skies and fresh salt water air with coastal cliffs. Old ships, abandoned light houses and naval ports remain along the coastal shores.

[i]The Foundry[/i]: The shop for weapons and vehicles.
[i]The Library[/i]: Underground/secretive cafes that keeps files and reports on government schemes, projects, and even individuals throughout the city.
[i]Merrill, Okura, Finch[/i]: A Financial firm aiding those with financial issues. Assist those going bankrupt or help inviduals with investments portfolios to make more money.
